Significant Achievements in Physical Education/Adapted Physical Education:

Only full-time Adapted physical educator on the Framework Writing Committee:  ©Physical Education Framework for California Public Schools Kindergarten through Grade Twelve.  Instrumental in Self and Social Development goals.  Developed the language used for inclusion of cultural diversity and students with disabilities. 1990-94.

Chair:  CAHPERD State Council on Adapted Physical Education when the Program Advisory Clarifying Adapted Physical Education Services for the California Department of Education was signed and completed. 1992-93.  Facilitated the placement of the Program Advisory in appendix of the ©Physical Education Framework for California Public Schools Kindergarten through Grade Twelve
